Delivery: We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours Monday - Saturday, orders placed after 3pm on a Saturday will be dispatched on Monday. Orders placed over a bank holiday weekend will be dispatched the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via the email address you provided when placing your order so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

We are not responsible for any delays whilst your order is in transit, there may be seasonal and Covid related delays. If your order still hasn't arrived after 10 working days please contact us on info@oscarandme.co.uk so we can follow up with Royal Mail.

Click & Collect: We aim to have your click and collect order ready within an hour (during shop opening times). When your order is ready to be collected, you will receive an email via the email address you provided at checkout letting you know that your order is ready for collection. Orders placed after 4pm on a Saturday will be ready for collection Monday morning. 

Once you have received this email please aim to collect your order from the shop within 72 hours (during shop opening hours). If you are unable to make it to the shop during these times, please call or email us to arrange a mutually convenient time for collection.

Please have your order number to hand to ensure a quick and easy transaction. 

Currently we only ship within the UK. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. 

Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags still attached.

Non-returnable items:
* Underwear
* Some swimwear
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you originally purchased your item online, please ensure you include your order number when posting your item back to us so we can process your return as quickly as possibly.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note: the credit may take up to 10 working days to clear in your account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account / Paypal account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@oscarandme.co.uk.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or discounted items will not be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@oscarandme.co.uk and send your item to: Oscar & Me, Chapel House, Digbeth Street, Stow-on-the-Wold, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire GL54 1BN

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Oscar & Me, Chapel House, Digbeth Street, Stow-on-the-Wold, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire GL54 1BN. Please ensure you include your order number so your return can be processed as quickly as possible.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping to return the item back to us will only be refunded if the product is faulty.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
