We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours Monday - Saturday, orders placed after 3pm on a Saturday will be dispatched on Monday. Orders placed over a bank holiday weekend will be dispatched the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via the email address you provided when placing your order so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
We are not responsible for any delays whilst your order is in transit, there may be seasonal and Covid related delays. If your order still hasn't arrived after 10 working days please contact us on email@example.com so we can follow up with Royal Mail.
Can I collect my order instead of paying delivery costs?
Yes! Our Click and Collect service is free of charge. Please contact us to arrange a mutually convenient time for collection.
We aim to have your click and collect order ready within an hour (during shop opening times). When your order is ready to be collected, you will receive an email via the email address you provided at checkout letting you know that your order is ready for collection. Orders placed after 4pm on a Saturday will be ready for collection Monday morning.
Once you have received this email please aim to collect your order from the shop within 72 hours (during shop opening hours). If you are unable to make it to the shop during these times, please call or email us to arrange a mutually convenient time for collection.
Please have your order number to hand to ensure a quick and easy transaction.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
We currently do not ship outside of the UK.
Can I make changes to my order?
We’re sorry but once your order has been placed you will no longer be able to make any changes.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your order tracking.

How do I return an item?
We're sorry that you need to return your order. Please send your item(s) unused and with the original tags still intact back to us at:

Please complete this form and include it inside your parcel so we know who the order belongs to once it has arrived back with us.
We recommend sending your item tracked so you are able to see that it has arrived back with us safely.
Once we have received your order back, we will process your exchange/refund. If we have any issues we will contact using the contact details you provided when you placed your order.
